On 8-11 May, a delegation from the Language Teacher Training Centre in Valladolid (Spain) visited the Kaunas Centre for Educational Innovation for a visit on “Learning Environments for Learning”.
During the visit, the guests from Spain visited 6 schools in Kaunas, took part in English, German and French language classes, got acquainted with the educational process, bilingual education and International Baccalaureate programmes, school communities and extra-curricular activities, had the opportunity to share their valuable experience and participate in practical activities.
We would like to thank Lina Viršiliene, the director of Kaunas Jurgis Dobkevičius Pro-Gymnasium, Aida Šimaitienė, the director of Kaunas school kindergarten “Rūtelė”, and Nijolė Šimkevičienė, the director of Kaunas Steponas Darius and Stasio Girėnas Grammar School, Jekaterina Juknevičienė, Headmistress of Kaunas Simonas Daukantas Pro-Gymnasium, Danguola Miškinienė, Headmistress of Kaunas Jonas Jablonskis Gymnasium, Dr. Virginija Rupainienė and the whole community for welcoming the delegation of the Valladolid Language Teacher Training Centre, for the opportunity to observe the lessons, for the valuable experience shared internationally, for the interesting and useful activities, for the effective communication, support and sincere cooperation!
