It is a project aimed at gaining practical experience by adopting valuable practices from abroad, with the aim of promoting adult employment, participation and competence development. Kaunas Education Innovation Centre staff 2022 13-16 June Visit the project partners ATEna in Krakow. During the visit, the project partners presented activities to promote adult employment: various physical activity activities such as Nordic walking, petanque, and sports in urban spaces. Seniors can take part in cultural activities such as gallery visits and film screenings. Particular attention is paid to the environmental education of seniors: they are taught how to sort waste, how to use secondary raw materials creatively, and how to behave in an environmentally friendly way.
