Kaunas Education Innovation Centre actively participates in international projects and continuously strengthens international cooperation. The Centre has established a meaningful partnership with the Europass Teacher Academy and has become the first and only representative of this organisation in Lithuania. Now, the city’s educators will have more opportunities to participate in international training, and educators living in other countries will be able to come to Lithuania not only to learn about the culture and history of the country, but also to gain knowledge and improve their general and professional competences. The Kaunas Centre for Educational Innovation is currently offering 5 different week-long trainings for educators from around the world.
We are delighted to welcome Europass Teacher Academy representatives in Kaunas. Together with our colleagues from Florence, we discussed the topics of the training, the organisation of the training and other issues, presented the Centre’s activities and premises, and the Director of the Centre, Rasa Bortkevičienė, and the Director of the Europass Teacher Academy, David Baroni, signed a cooperation agreement.
